OUR FOUNDER & OWNER
Dr.Juanita Falco,
PharmD, AFAA-CGFI
Dr. Juanita Falco is a practicing pharmacist and women’s wellness entrepreneur dedicated to transforming how midlife women approach their health. As the founder of Annabel & Co, she has created a specialized boutique fitness studio that addresses the unique needs of women in perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause.
Drawing from her extensive pharmaceutical expertise and firsthand experience counseling women through hormonal transitions, Dr. Falco recognized a critical gap in the wellness industry. Traditional fitness spaces often overlook the specific physiological changes women experience during midlife, while conventional healthcare frequently offers limited solutions. Her studio fills this void by providing comprehensive, evidence-based support tailored to this demographic.
Dr. Falco’s approach is distinguished by its holistic framework, integrating multiple dimensions of wellness rather than relying on a single intervention. She combines targeted movement programming with nutritional guidance, pharmacotherapy education, and mental self-care strategies—creating a complete ecosystem of support for women navigating this life stage.
Her dual perspective as both healthcare provider and fitness professional allows her to bridge clinical knowledge with practical application. Dr. Falco understands the complexities of hormone replacement therapy, metabolic changes, bone health concerns, and sleep disruption, and she translates this expertise into actionable wellness strategies that empower women to take control of their health.
Through her studio, Dr. Falco has built more than a business—she’s cultivated a community where women feel understood, supported, and equipped with the tools to thrive during midlife and beyond. Her mission is to redefine this life stage as a period of strength, vitality, and possibility.
“You cannot get through a single day without having an impact on the world around you. What you do makes a difference, and you have to decide what kind of difference you want to make.”
